We loved the amazing view from our room, it was truly breathtaking. The hotel's location was perfect for visiting London's hot spots. The staff at the hotel reception were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and we were able to control the temperature. The breakfast was delicious and served by attentive staff. we had a fantastic experience at the hotel.
We felt right at home here, with no complaints whatsoever.

I had an very nice stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to Vauxhall station and public transport. It was also conveniently situated in the Westminster area, making it easy to explore this city. The hotel facilities were great, and I especially enjoyed the spacious and well-appointed rooms. The cleanliness was great, and the staff were friendly and professional. the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Well-maintained apartments, great views, professional staff, movie room for kids, nearby green play park. Convenient location for central London and public transport. Walking distance to Imperial War Museum and National Gallery. Regular bus service to Albert Hall and V and A. Comfortable bed, Elemis bathroom essentials, helpful staff especially at breakfast. Superb room.

We were initially given a room without the requested river view, but the hotel staff quickly rectified the issue and even upgraded us to a river view room. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hotel also left a thoughtful birthday card and chocolates in our room.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right near the London Eye and in the Waterloo area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay.
The hotel seems to have some maintenance issues that need to be addressed, such as loose bathroom fittings and low water pressure in the shower.

the indoor swimming pool and private facilities were outstanding.
There was a minor issue with the restaurant, which could have been better. Despite this, the bar/lounge area and room advantages were exceptional, offering comfort and relaxation in style.
